Comments from the Kids...

Estoy feliz porque estoy en Costa Rica! It was truly amazing to be here un otro vez. Yo extraño a mis padres pero estoy con mi familia tambien. I'm practicing my Spanish, and don't worry, I'll bring back plenty of coffee!

- Emily

Coming to Costa Rica was scary at first, but I already feel at home. My family has taken so many steps to make me feel comfortable, and are amazingly patient with my poor spanish. Working with the people here has been an unforgettable experience so far, and I hope I can return next year.

- Jack Allison

This is my first year here, but I feel like I've known these people for years. It's hard to get comfortable speaking and adjusting to the culture at first, but this place is so beautiful and the people are incredibly patient and welcoming. I feel like this is a home away from home!

- Caroline

This is my first year coming here and it has been great!!! The people are so welcoming to us, they invite us into their homes and make us the most delicious food!!! I hope I can come back next year!!

- Gina

Welcome to the blog of the 2015 Costa Rican Resource Teacher Trip. We use blogs of such during all our trips so parents, friends, and family can follow along on the amazing adventure. Parents and friends can make comments on the blog which we read to the students and teachers after each day. We fill the blog with pictures and comments from the different activities during the day.

We look forward to meeting everyone and having a wonderful experience here in Costa Rica!

Pura Vida,
